Hoover extends Warrington Wolves sponsorship

Hoover will sponsor Super League team, Warrington Wolves for at least 2 years.

The Warrington-based home appliance supplier has partnered with the club since the start of the 2020 season and this new 2-year deal includes an option for a third year.

“We are delighted to be able to continue our successful partnership with a globally iconic premium brand,” said Warrington Wolves CEO Karl Fitzpatrick.

“Hoover’s support has been fantastic over the past two years and they have been great ambassadors for our club and our sport. To continue to have them on board is a huge benefit not only to Warrington Wolves but also to the Super League.

“I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together over the next few years and being able to give back to the supporters through a number of planned initiatives.”

Hoover will remain title sponsor of its men’s and women’s teams and for the first time will also be title sponsor of its Wheelchair, PDRL and LDSL teams.

The deal includes sponsorship of the club’s Through the Wire podcast as well as the Hoover Foundation supporting the Offload program which helps tackle the stigma around men’s mental health.

“We are delighted to extend our sponsorship of the team for another two years. As a Warrington based company we are proud to be the main sponsors of the Warrington Wolves men’s team. Both brands share a passion for performance and being the best at what we do,” added Antony Peart, Director of Brand and Communications at Hoover Candy Group.

“We are extremely proud to have supported sponsorship throughout the pandemic and now into the future and we look forward to building on this momentum in the years to come. We see this as a partnership between our iconic brands. This is reflected in our work within the community and in our shared commitment to inclusivity working with all teams, including wheelchair, PDRL and LDSL teams.
