Reflecting its belief in the importance of supporting and qualifying young national talents to enable them to access the labor market and provide them with suitable employment opportunities in the banking sector, the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) participated as a platinum sponsor in the job fair. organized by the University of Australia (AU) at its headquarters in the Mushrif region.

The fair, which was held over two days on October 16 and 17, aims to establish direct communication channels between private sector employers and job seekers, in order to provide suitable employment opportunities for new graduates.

The NBK continues to sponsor career fairs that aim to pave the way for fresh national graduates to shape their careers, as part of efforts to solidify its leading position as the most socially responsible financial institution in Kuwait. .

Speaking on the subject, Gadeer Al-Kooheji, Head of Talent Acquisition, Group Human Resources at National Bank of Kuwait, said: “Career fairs provide a great opportunity for new graduates to discover appropriate career opportunities that meet their expectations and ambitions.At the same time, they serve as a key platform for the NBK to take a closer look at domestic talent in order to attract them to its professional team.

Al-Kooheji noted that NBK is a key supporter of all initiatives and events aimed at unlocking the potential of ambitious Kuwaiti youth, as part of its efforts to spread the culture of working in the private sector among Kuwaiti youth and attract qualified people for the banking sector.
