Please adopt us

Last week may have been a slow week for adoptions, but Winnie, Bengal, has one adoption pending.

For this week’s featured pet, we have a super dog looking for a new home. Tag is a nine-year-old Boxer/Springer Spaniel/Labrador Retriever mix with a remarkable personality, but he has Cushing’s disease, a non-life-threatening condition that can be treated. Tag is well behaved and loves children and dogs. Can anyone help this nice boy? If you are interested, please contact the shelter to schedule an appointment with Tag.

The residents of our chat rooms are mostly younger cats. Thor is a six month old kitten who is black and white with an adorable mustache, DeeDee, only one year old, is a shy young calico, and there is also Alice, a two year old silver tabby who gets along well with children. dogs but not cats, and needs an experienced cat owner. Five-year-old Teaser is a girl in a tuxedo who has the softest coat and has been here the longest.

Then there’s 10-year-old sibling Cody and Gypsy, who don’t need to be adopted together. Cody is an orange boy with shoulder-length hair and Gypsy is a cute white tabby girl, also with a medium coat. Can anyone give one of these wonderful cats a home?

Looking for a gift for the person/people who have everything? Please consider making a donation to the shelter on their behalf. It’s the perfect gift for any occasion.
