Rolex joins the Australian Grand Prix as title sponsor | Sports Mint Media

rolexthe Swiss luxury watch brand, is back as title sponsor of the Australian Grand Prix for 2023.

The Swiss brand and Formula 1 had an eight-year partnership from 2013 to 2020. Earlier this year in January, Rolex was replaced by the beer brand, Heineken.

With this development, the brand of the elite watchmaker will once again be visible on the newly designed 5.278 km Melbourne circuit.

Back in motorsport as title sponsor, Andrew Westacott, CEO of Australian Grand Prix Corporation said, “Given the brand’s previous eight-year partnership with the Australian Grand Prix, we are delighted to welcome Rolex back as Title Partner.

“Rolex is synonymous with Formula 1 and we look forward to partnering with such an iconic brand to create incredible experiences at Albert Park.

“After an outstanding comeback in 2022, we are set for even better world class in 2023. Fans will be treated to four days of the best in motorsport, entertainment and hospitality.

“We look forward to welcoming them back to the Albert Park Grand Prix circuit.”
