This custom home overlooking Lake Washington was overdue for an update. Luckily the client contacted us before the water damage on their upper deck got too bad. The whole house has undergone an interior and exterior facelift.
The new design included framing the old leaky deck and building a larger, more functional home office. Additional features include a new roof, electrical and mechanical system upgrades, master bedroom foyer renovation, and all new exterior siding with custom detailing.
The third floor master bathroom has also been extended, adding storage space, a freestanding tub and a beautiful new tiled shower.
Our client wanted to improve the function of their home office while addressing water intrusion on the existing third floor deck overlooking Lake Washington.
During construction, the owner was so pleased with the work that he requested that the third-floor office addition remodel be expanded to include a larger and more expansive master bathroom. All located on the same floor, the new office, the bedroom with fireplace and the bathroom have been completely renovated.
We replaced the entire roof as there were several failures, including the three chimney flues which were malfunctioning.
There was a little makeover of the master bedroom fireplace.
The bathroom has been extended and modernized, adding improved storage, a bathtub and a custom tiled shower.
Being on the third floor required additional safety precautions, including three stories of scaffolding. This way our team could access project areas as needed, bypassing the rest of the house.
We worked on all three floors of this house, plus the basement. Upgrades to the electrical and mechanical systems were made and a new facelift was given to the entire exterior, front and back of the house.
