Sep. 09 (THEWILL) – Tonto Dikeh, the aspiring Deputy Governor of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Rivers State, has revealed that his foundation will pay school fees for 1,000 children.
She took to Instagram to share photos from her visit to an orphanage, where she made the announcement. Dikeh said his foundation, the Tonto Dikeh Foundation, selects children from different orphanages to enroll them for scholarships.
She announced that her foundation was about to begin paying tuition fees for the first 1,000 recipients of the foundation’s scholarship program.
“Let’s live for humanity. Best TGIF of September yesterday 9 where I was invited by ORPHANAGE HOPE FOR SURVIVAL which is one of the houses where @tontodikehfoundation selects children’s enrollment in the annual scholarship program (ESS).
“The visit and invitation as a special guest gave me a great opportunity to commission the renovated building by the Stanbic IBTC. Witnessing this event gave me hope for the future of our children Africans, organizations and institutions should support such an initiative.This is what I live for, let us unite to do more for the less privileged and minorities in society.
