Trick-or-Treat on the lawn is back! The ~Spooky~Fun starts at 5 p.m. on October 31

Student Raghda Labban, this year’s main lawn resident and one of the organizers of the event, said several groups of students will also have tables on the South Lawn, around the statue of Homer – “things like arts and crafts and photo booths and things like that.”

Labban said Trick-or-Treating on the lawn is a great way for UVA and the greater Charlottesville community to mingle and have fun. “I think this is a really good opportunity for that,” she said.

Free parking for families attending the highly anticipated event will be available on the grounds of the John Paul Jones Arena at 3:30 p.m., with shuttles running regularly to the center field and back. From 4 p.m., customers can park for free in the Culbreth Road garage. Pay-by-the-hour parking is also available at the Central Grounds Parking Garage on Emmet Street.

Trick-or-Treating on the lawn runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
